Single Family Residential: 52% of homes sold were 3 bedroom with an average sales price of $247,167. 32% closed in 30 days or less and 27% closed in 121 days or more.

Condos: 15% sold were in the $140,000-$159,999 range with the average price being $238,669. 21% closed in 30 days or less and 45% closed in 121 days or more.
